IN THE COVER OF DARKNESS
MUSIC CONTENT INSPIRED BY MOVIE
One of my favourite occasions for making music would have to be when Pookashells approached me to play a part of 'Steven' in his vision for 'In the Cover of Darkness', which was part of a competition by RavensFan_09.
The whole essence of the film was something that really struck me as unique, being set in Africa. His directional skills was the first thing I thought about when he approached me with the story. I knew straight away that we were in for a colourful and bold experience.
This gave me inspiration to make a song about the heart of exploration in africa, encountering happyness, rhythm, sorrow. It also reminded me of the time I went back to my roots in Africa and took a day to just walk around and explore old areas where I grew up as a child.
Making and arranging this piece was an experience I cannot explain. After this I hoped for another chance to work with this talented director...

KING KONG (PART TWO)
OFFICIAL THEME MUSIC COMPOSER

Pookashells recently released a re-make of a cult classic called King Kong (Part One). It received a lot of praise and acclaim, which I must say was well deserved. Due to the nature and length of the story, it was split into parts.
Pookashells gave me the wonderful opportunity of working on a theme for King Kong and I had a real blast developing and fusing together a mixture of samples and original composition with the synth keyboard to come up with a piece I can only describe as Ultimate Rage.
I am really looking forward to seeing Pookashells second installment of this classic tale. Feel free to check out his studio here
